epic games problem can not play fortnite help asap

ori and the blind forest DE. i use a controller(logitech f310) and the controls are bad.Im supposed to jump by A but i jump with X and there was a rock and the game said "hold RT to grab things" so i pressed RT and it does something else. i pressed every button and nothing happened. help me :(

i downloaded little nightmares 1 on my pc on steam and everytime I launch the game and press "New game" the game crashes. someone help me pls
