3yrs post op chin lipo. Saggy/loose skin and still undefined chin area. Was I not an ideal candidate? Feeling very down.

Why does Dr.Nayak on IG says lipo result would be like the photo above? Shouldn't lipo also make the skin drape and tighten like a Necklift would?
