It' found quite a bit in the MENA region (Middle East/North Africa), not just the Guanches of the Canaries, since Guanches are themselves Amazigh's (Berbers).

That makes sense, but there isn't a historically congruent narrative (that I'm aware of) that explains how a woman from the MENA region got to Puerto Rico early in its history. Of course maybe it isn't Guanche at all, but the Canary Islands route and intermixing with Iberians is the one that makes most sense to me.

Not maternal but my paternal haplotype is N-M178, which is rare in their database (1 in 6100) and in men of indigenous Siberian ancestry. My dad is 100% European.
