Ox King smashed tanks in the anime and was unphased by getting shot by them. Pretty sure Hercule can’t hang with that directly. However Hercule’s trickery might come into play though since Ox was ultimately taken down by some sticky goo and a net.

See this is more the fight I imagine. power level wise it's a clean loss, but lets not forget he's a critical thinker... He befriended buu and ultimately is the reason for him be able to maintain a regular lifestyle with humans. I'm surprised to think he has become a part of the z fighter crew as he is now family via pan and videl, but he hasn't ever expressed even the same level of interest as videl in achieving much further, but with him being integrated and still getting air time I'd love to see him progress to at least a Dragonball level champ.
