Anyone any idea what these could be please they don't itch but there red and raised and my skin in general is itchy all over everyday for 8 months

I keep getting all these weird thing son my body for the past 7 months and really itchy skin constantly some look like scratches but they definitely ain't they just appear on my body could I have scabies people say no some say yeah any advice would be wonderful thanks

Is this like anyone's urticaria please my derms said it is and I've been getting them on and off for 7 months and constant itchy skin even when no rash visible can anyone help with any advice please I'm fed up now with it all
