He needs a lot more protein. Conservative RDA for general recommendations is .8gm per kg and this dumbass workout twice a day so he should be aiming for at least 1gm/kg and realistically 1.2-1.4 g/kg. Unless he is a dwarf and weighs 50kg he is just giving a bad name to vegans.

Set aside recommendations most indians don't even get minimum protein required by body. 40 gms is more than enough for a 100 kg person with moderate work schedule. If you are working out then 70gms unless you are really advanced in bodybuilding. I have been following my diet and seen pretty great result (97 kgs btw).
