I use TH as both a homeowner and then also to travel myself and watch other people's pets. You are going above and beyond already and are doing great with all your communication… This is a free service and homeowner save a lot of money by using this site, I know because I sure do! Some sits are way harder than others where you feel like you should be paid for it, but of course that's not the point of this app. As a homeowner we have to expect that when someone is staying at your house (and youre not paying someone) things can go wrong (even if we were paying someone)… Your plants may not always make it... and things can go awry with the pets. What is appreciated is just clear and honest communication and you're doing just that! Also you have no idea what is going on in her world and it may have absolutely nothing to do with you, we are always so hard on ourselves. Just keep up the good work and don't worry about it you're doing everything you can!
