Day 21. Presuming I can survive the detox process.... life after PMO should rock... lol

Good news. After 3 intense days of withdrawal that made me wish i was thrown into a lake of flesh eating fish, the withdrawal has now subsided, and peace has returned. Onward to day 21!

Friend: "old habits die hard" Me: immediately goes and watches 'Die hard', to learn more about how to beat PMO.

I hope some day that my tears will be tears of joy rather than tears of pain. <>

The withdrawal is so intense. It is hard to think straight. My body is lying to me. please remind me that PMO is poison.

I have been resisting PMO so long that "constant struggle" is a my life-long companion. I believe i will need to resist PMO until i die. And the funny this is... that's makes me happy. Cuz i would rather resist PMO than surrender to it's deleterious effects.

Can someone remind me how bad PMO was? I am on Day 20, and my mind and body is trying to deceive me into thinking that PMO was not so bad and i should return. The withdrawal is making it seem attractive, when i specifically remember it being a self-destructive pattern of behavior.

NO-FAP lives matter! I protest against the pandemic that is PMO.

In the case of PMO, the grass really is greener on the other side.

I never want to go back. HATE PMO. PMO is like a blood sucking vampire that i invite to dinner and then instead of food, i feed it my hopes and dreams.

PMO is a like going on vacation to a desert island. But then you realize the helicopter is out of gasoline and your stranded. And your phone stopped working. And... then you realize the island is filled with giant killer animals. And then you realize that this is the worst place to come for vacation

I wish i could live with the constant memory of how painful the PMO was, so i that i would never return. But inevitably my mind and body recovers, and the PMO doesn't look as dangerous and painful. And then i start to think... oh this wont be so bad…

PMO is not a relationship. Real relationships require feelings, sacrifice, patience, & love. PMO cannot take care of you when your are sick. It cannot give you children. It cannot hold you when you are sad. i want to choose human people, reality, & sunlight instead of darkness & loneliness

If I end up alone... then so be it. I will still quit PMO, because it is the right thing to do. :)

For me, the hardest part of leaving PMO is waking up to the reality of life. I have to face the damage that this addiction has caused. The resulting sadness and regret is painful to bear.

No matter how many times you think it over.... it is still STRAIGHT UP POSION.

Dump it like radioactive waste. PMO is straight up poison. Don't ever go back.
