Stride deckset expected cost

Hi, coming back into the vanguard physical card game scene after a while.

I saw that stride decks are pretty viable Steiger from the box. I’m interested in picking up a copy of luard and shiranui for myself and a friend, but not sure if I should wait for the price to go down or pre order now?

Just curious how much did the chronojet and messiah decks go for when they released? And what’s a good price point for buying them and how much have they gone down?

Will the stride deck sets usually be cheaper if I buy in store? I know a store but it’s rather far away.

Probably plan to play casually so won’t go into upgrades.
