How i fulfill my protein needs from vegan diet.

I eat in a window of 6 hours in a day.

  1. Skip breakfast. Drink lots of water.
  2. After college eat dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts for fats and protein, anjeer for potassium) all around 100 gms.
  3. Along with dry fruits eat home made lunch (dal chawal, roti sabzi, etc) for carbs.
  4. After 1st workout in evening eat lots of fruits.
  5. Eat boiled pulses, beans, chana (around 100gm pre boiled weight). These are soaked overnight a day before.
  6. After 2nd workout eat dinner same as lunch.

Therefore, atleast 40 gms of protein only from dry fruits and pulses and I feel great not having to kill any being for my food. Most indians don't even get this much protein even though most are non vegs xD. And this much protein IS enough for one. Even in body building and sports we do not require more than 70-80 gms of protein...
