Zoloft Dose Increase

So Im 15 Weeks pregnant and Ive been on 75mg of Zoloft for about two years now. That was my last increase and so now it seems I may need to go up a bit. My doctor just prescribed me 100mg and Im terrified to go up. I dont remember really having side effects when I went from 50mg to 75mg but at the time I needed to go up for low mood. Recently its been a mix of depressive episodes as well as amped up anxiety and panic attacks. So Im afraid Ill be hyper focused and start to panic if I get bad symptoms. Does anyone have experience going from 75mg to 100mg?
