Help with downloading .flow

Hello! This is my first post here, I'm Krypt. But anyway, I've been trying to download both .flow and Yume 2kki recently, and I've only been able to actually run 2kki. .flow on the other hand has been a hassle. I'm on Windows 10. I have Locale Emulator and the RPGMaker RTP thing, and I've tried running .flow and it has not been working. Can I have some help, please? I really wanna play both .flow and 2kki, and I'm happy 2kki is working.
