Heroic Cataclysm Dungeon requirements

Can anyone point me in the direction of the requirements for Heroic Cacalysm dungeons in WoW: DragonFlight?

It looks like Blizz finally fixed it so I can queue for Random Normal on a locked Level 55 toon to try and get LFG Cata transmogs, but it says I do not meet the requirements for the Heroic runs. Doesn't say what I need to meet.

Searching online seems to bring me sites that indicate the pre-squished requirements of level 80-85. I think I'm about maxed on gear possibilities at ilvl 172
