DEI being shut out

Is anyone else here like terribly worried about this trend of removing funding of DEI programs. A lot of the 'women in tech' programs are funded by DEI offices. A lot of office sexual assault cases are finding by DEI offices. I'm even more worried for the younger women entering tech right now. We REALLYYY need to stick together a LOT stronger now. The phenomenon of men targeting women in tech spaces is going to get worse, and I know a lot of you would be like 'It's okay, I'm here because of my talent, it won't affect me'. So? You don't have to be or 'feel' PERSONALLY affected by something to be worried about it. We still live in a very misogynist, racist and bigoted world.
