Help a car enthusiast decide on his first car!

Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy my first car and I've been doing a whole lot of research but I'd love an outside perspective. I live in southern wisconsin so unfortunately I might have to stick to an AWD or 4WD to drive it year round, but if it's realistic to drive a RWD or FWD car please let me know! I'm a huge car enthusiast so I have been waiting for this moment for years, so I do want my first car to be something I can be proud of while still being somewhat financially responsible. My budget is 40k and can be stretched if it's worth. I'm also down to buy a very cheap car to eventually save up for something very nice. Some of my priorities are in order:

- Least Headache (reliable): I don't want to spend all my time in the shop or worrying about the car breaking down
- Fun: Manual transmission would be awesome, but I'm not opposed to automatic, especially if the the engine's powerful
- Exhaust: I would love a great exhaust note, makes driving so much more fun
- Tech: Don't need tech, but a car with some features like HUD, Collision assist, etc. would make it much more daily drivable
- Resale Value: I'm still pretty early in my career, so the ability to sell the car whenever would keep my mind at ease
- Practicality: As much as I'd like a miata, I need a car that can carry 4 people and a decent amount of luggage
- Great for long commutes: I'll be doing a lot of highway driving
- High Trim: I have the worst FOMO, and I might keep second guessing myself if i don't get a high trim

It's hard to hit all of my priorities, but hitting most of them would be ideal!

Some cars I've driven that I absolutely adore:

Mustang 5.0: The exhaust note at low speeds is absolutely crazy to me
Nissan Patrol/Toyota Land Cruiser/Lexus LX570: I'm from the middle east so this might just be culturally ingrained into me
Civic Type R: Made me love manuals
Volvo S90, C63, Bronco Wildtrak.

I haven't driven any pickups so I'm not sure if they're for me.

Cars I've been looking at: Bronco V6, GR Corolla, Civic Type R, LX470

Any opinions is appreciated!
