West Van Aquatic Centre rules/staff

What is with the people who use this facility!?! Every time I go I see parents stripping their kids on the crowded viewing deck after their lessons, ignoring the signs that say “no changing” and no one ever says anything. Are the staff expecting the signs to magically work? Are they expecting the people who would strip their kids naked in a crowded public place to obey a freaking sign? Do these people feel entitled to ignore the signs? Or do they just not think what they are doing is a problem? I feel bad for the kids but I am furious that a parent would do that to their kid and I am bothered that the staff do nothing. Am I overreacting? Is there a reason why none of the staff ever say anything to these people? I’d love some insight, if anyone cares to comment.

And don’t even get me started on the older gentlemen who use the family changing room on their own…
