Settle a bet would u guys

My Tl wants me to use my personnal phone to help out customers on the floor. I declined because i dont have a work phone and my personal phone is well, personal. He states that i clock in using my personal phone so it should be fine and i again declined to use it. I told him that i had been requesting a work phone for over 2 weeks and i can only help customers to the best of my ability with the tools that walmart provided me, and that i wont be using a phone i paid well over 1k of my own money for work.
