Missed filling up the feedback form.

So yeah as the title suggests , i didn't fill up the feedback form and now some seniors be saying that i'm gonna be getting the last slot in ffcs despite having 100 percent attendance , is it true???? and i also heard there have been extensions of last date of form filling , how often does it happen??
