I NEED a politics rework

I've already shared my feelings about this before but I think I got it all figured out.
Victoria 3 has incredible potential (I'm sure about it from a lot of playtime), but its portrayal of politics and influential figures feels underdeveloped. Characters like Otto von Bismarck, who had massive historical impact, are sidelined, and I wish they played more active roles with meaningful interactions in the game.

A prime minister system would be a game changer, reflecting the complexity of governance beyond interest groups and their ideologies. Introducing cabinets with generals, ministers, secretaries, and possibly ambassadors could add a rich layer of depth. A parliament system, even in autocratic countries(think of pre red revolution Russia) , would also make politics feel more dynamic and historically grounded.

Additionally, country-specific laws could bring unique flavor to each nation(my first thought was about the shogunate but I don't really know a lot about Japan in this era) . A focus on political systems in a DLC featuring parliaments, cabinets, and prime ministers—would benefit nations like the UK and Prussia immensely and elevate the gameplay to a new level. Maybe even make and political movements agitators more interesting.

Please share your thoughts (I know about mods, but I prefer an actual in game solution)
