Galaxy Watch Ultra Activation Hell.

Has anybody else had issues activating this new watch? I keep getting error 4001.

I am using a pixel 8 pro. Previously used a galaxy watch 4 for years with no issue. I have tried just about everything at this point. It has to be a Verizon issue. Support literally has no idea and the instructions they send do not match. I found a way to manually add an esim via the qr code but that fails too. And its using hidden dev options in the galaxy wearable app. There just no way that is right. Verizon tells me all is good on their end and its a Samsung issue.

Steps I have taken so far:

Removed and reinstalled galaxy watch manager + plugin 10+ times.

Reset watch about 10+ times.

Verizon removed and readded the watch on my account.

Verizon "reprovisioned" the watch line.

I did not have carrier services installed, so I installed it. And permissions are set correctly.

Who dropped the ball here? Cant activate a watch purchased directly from Verizon. Verizon reps can barely understand or speak English. The reps pass the buck to Samsung who says its a Verizon issue. This is absolutely ridiculous to me. I have spent 3 hours on the phone now with no resolution in sight.
