Getting worried. A little.

I’m going to Vegas on Nov 30th with my older sister and two (M) friends, it’s my first trip ever so I kinda let my sister decide since she and her friends have already been to Vegas 3 times. Here’s the problem : she wants to stay at the Circus Circus. Doing my research here about the hotel clearly just makes me worried as it doesn’t even look safe. Listen, i’m all in for a trip but I can’t stand it if I always feel on guard/near danger. When I brought it up, she shrugs it off saying we’ll be able to walk the strip and it’ll be alright. Any opinions? Heavily appreciated and thank you.
