Hi,

First time posting in here. Looking for some advice and help as I start my journey. Spent years being depressed and feeling sluggish (recently diagnosed with celiac) and decided if I don’t start working on myself now I never will.

Started eating in a deficit and counting my calorie intake rather than using food as a way to comfort myself and now looking to start going to the gym. A little nervous as I don’t know what machines to look for when I go in / where to start / how to understand if my form is correct etc.

Any help is appreciated (sorry if the post is a bit all over)😌
