First pap-smear knowing about vaginismus

In about a week I have a papsmear scheduled, this'll be three years after the first time I tried to get a papsmear aka how I found out I have vaginismus (the gynecologist didn't diagnose it then but I have no doubt at this point that it is this). I was very unaware that first time and just assumed it was get in and get out and have some mild uncomfortableness. I was very wrong. Over the past three years ive worked with it enough thay ive gotten a tampon in a total of four times (aka ive got it in!!!!🎉). Now I'm trying to figure out is there anything I can do specifically to be prepared for this visit like day of/to say to them when i get there (its a new place so they do not know i havent been able to actually get it done before)? I guess having a couple glasses of wine before going in lol this time I'm not driving myself soooo
