How do you tell people you have vaginismus

I have a lot of shame around not being able to have piv (don’t we all) and I’m realizing a lot of people in my community are reaching the stage where they are going to have sex for the first time and are asking me questions about it because I’m married and duh of course I’ve had sex with my husband before…

I don’t want to lie to people that trust me and I also don’t want to tell people these struggles that I feel like are too personal to share.
