Where can i get a full body examination certificate for my new job?

So to give a background I will be starting a new job and my company expects me to submit full body examination certificate.They dont have any pre defined tests nor any preferable hospitals. Where should i get one done and what to expect. I don't want to bluff with fake certificate. Thanks in advance.
