USPS Carrier Refusing to Pick Up My Packages – What Can I Do?

Anyone else have this issue? We have a scheduled USPS pickup every Monday through Friday, but the driver who comes on Mondays never picks up our packages. Some Mondays, we have around 10 bags ready to go, and every time, there’s an excuse – his vehicle is too small, he “doesn’t feel like it,” or some other reason.

We’ve complained to the supervisor multiple times, but nothing ever changes. It’s beyond frustrating, especially since I’ve heard we’re not the only stop on his route dealing with this.

What can actually be done in situations like this? Is there any way to escalate it beyond the local post office? It’s ridiculous that someone can just refuse to do their job with no consequences.
