Do you ever just like get over urticaria?

I’d say i have it pretty bad usually i’m good as long i take a zyrtec but even if i do if anything touches my skin it flairs up. I’ve been to an allergist and everything and ive been suffering with it for about 6 months. Does it ever go away?
