Does anyone have experience of getting their ILR (10 year residence) with a period exceeding the allowed absences by some days?

Basically applies to me, curious to see what people say. I'm about 20 days out but will be under the limit in about 2 months, though I can't apply then (has to be earlier so I don't overstay my visa). Need to apply in the next few weeks.
