Suspension from work for my medical use

Hi guys, so I got suspended last week as have been having problems with my line manager I put in a grievance against and 48 hours later I get called in for a drugs test off a unknown complaint. Comes back positive and I show my prescription. I’ve never felt the need to disclose it because I don’t go impaired to work and don’t have a consistent manager who I can trust to disclose to.

Anyway at the moment I’m suspended with full pay. I have a occupational health report from 2023 before I got my medication and it says on there that I’m likely to benefit With treatment. So I went down the medical cannabis route but have never disclosed this.

Should I be okay to keep my job or will they sack me ? Sorry if it’s a bit full on guys

UPDATE : HAD MY MEETING TODAY WENT ON FOR 3 HOURS. EVEN ASKED ME IF IM ADDICTED TO MY MEDICATION. NEXT STEP IS OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REPORT. WILL KEEP UPDATED GUYS. PEACE AND LOVE TO YOU ALL
