i was wondering if anyone else has heard a song fromthe duo thts gave them reason to clinng on to life. my personal experience was the reason i got into the band. was always a huge fan when i was little, but then we lost our blurryface cd and id kinda forgotten about them since. one day, in my darkest hour, my ex best friend robbed amd raped me. i grieved for days, and i went on to spotify to play stressed out. then i realised that the album cover looked familiar, so i gave it a listen on shuffle. it just so happened that the first song to start playing was not today. the song blew me away. i was trying to get over the person who was once my best friend, and every lyric seemed to fit my situation perfectly. consider "you are out of my mind, you arent seeing my side. i waste all this time trying to run from you but you are out of my mind". and as i cried in bed on the verge of suicie, it was that line, those words that gave me the motivtion to carry on.
