I never heard of it until today but I bought a 25 x 10mg jar of oil capsules. Are they actually that potent? I took 20mg

I usually use a cheaper brand called Tweed thc oil capsules and I always take too much (about 200mg-300mg but it eventually makes me fall asleep all drowsy and messed up.
