Reverse Flight Search Question

Hello Fellow Sufferers,

Like many of you, I'm an open to any and all places especially when I can keep it budget friendly. I was wondering if anyone knew a search tool that allowed you to set your arrival city (my home city) with an open/unnamed departure city. I believe you can find fun and enjoy any city.

For example: I am looking for the cheapest return flight from Europe back to my US city.

Google flights doesn't quite offer this, nor does Kayak. They both require departure cities. Seems like this should be doable and would help save on the long haul flight expenses.
