switching from diy to private?

So back in February I sent an email to Gender Care about an appointment and have only just recently received an email asking me to confirm the zoom appointment in September. First appointment is £560. I’ve been on DIY for about a month and a half now, it has been relatively inexpensive and has caused me no problems so far (MtF btw), and I am seriously considering if it is even worth it. The pros are that I have professionals to help me, and that supply or delivery times or not having proof of prescription are not an issue, however £560 is a lot of money. I have set the money aside, as I knew this is what I would be paying, but I’m just seriously starting to consider wether it is worth it. Any advice?
