Is it possible to get Nishikawa now?

Guys i really want Nishikawa .Now the problem is that I just got to know about the event like yesterday .I have 30 spins done the event is gonna end in 19 days. I still need 13,600 more points to guarantee Nishikawa. IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO GET NISHIKAWA ?. Please help me
