How was Tracee pregnant with Ralphie’s kid?

Before Tracee slipped (whatever happened there) she tells Ralphie that she’s pregnant with her kid. My question is, how is that hooah pregnant when we come to find out that Ralphie doesn’t have traditional intercourse? Anyway, I’ve said my piece.
