ARN-220 still needs work

I’m sorry, but after the buff, ARN-220 is still bad. Sure, it helped improve its ttk, but a gun that’s supposed to have ‘smooth’ recoil and is meant for longer ranges, it does a pretty bad job when going against long range weapons like the AK FCAR sniper and all the semi auto weapons
