CL40 has been unusable for seasons now

I ran this thing a lot because it was genuinely such a fun creative weapon but it's not usable at all and hasn't been.

I don't know exactly why, but you can direct hit a light 3 times or burst right at his toes and do 0, 3 or like actually 8 literal points of damage. Removing the self damage was a step in the right direction but this thing is still a troll item. I used to love it because it was one of the most fun and interesting weapons in the game. Even its on paper TTK, kill potential, anything about it is really unremarkable and bad.
