Should I start watching the challenge?

I absolutely love reality tv, some of my favorites are Survivor, Big Brother, The Traitors, and The Mole, all of which I have seen every season of. I need another show to binge and I can’t decide between the challenge or the amazing race (which seems a little boring). So I need some help, if I do watch the challenge, where do I start, is it best to watch the seasons in order or is there one I should start with to see if I like it. Also, I’ve noticed that the first 10 seasons aren’t on Paramount Plus, is there somewhere else to watch them or are they not worth watching. Thanks!
