I hate being so ugly

I hate being so ugly, the other day I asked my female friend out as we have been getting along for a long time. She then said “ewwww” I don’t like you that way and started laughing in my face, this was also done in front of my friend group and hers so I feel really embarrassed and don’t know what to do. I am posting this during lunch time and I have my next 2 classes with her and sit beside her, can someone please tell me asap because my lunch is going to end in 50 minutes. I feel like this is because I am ugly, as her and I were good friends for so long prior to me asking her out. Does anyone have advice for me like how to look better or how to talk to women better.
