(15 F) How to gain weight?

For context, I'm 113lbs, 5'7, and mostly legs. Im pretty sure i used to have an eating disorder and am still recovering from it. I've always had a bad relationship with food. I haven't been able to gain weight, and I've been trying since July of last year. I lost a good bit of weight since I used to be 127lbs, and I want to gain more, but I don't want belly fat or more face fat. I've always had body image issues, and I'm happy with my body now, but I'm not happy with the number on the scale. Anyone have any tips thats not just stuffing my face with a bunch of food?🙏🙏
