How come the Presence app connection keeps acting up?
I only use Apple products. Whenever I’m away from home I’ll have my iPad turned on and then have the iPad camera facing the only entrance. Where I live is not safe. For some reason when I’m away from home and want to view the live feed using my iPhone which has the Presence app also on it the connection showing a live feed works fine. Other times it acts up. The exact message I get on my iPhone referring to the live feed on my iPad at home is “Camera has a problem streaming! Is a firewall blocking port 443?) still trying…” How do I fix this?
