Driver issues?

It initially started when my pc wouldn't connect to the internet via ethernet, I tried different ports, different cables and have just fresh installed windows 10 but it still isn't working. When I go into device manager> network adapters the "intel(R) Ethernet connection (17) I219-V" has a little triangle with an exclamation mark. I have an msi pro b660m-e motherboard so I downloaded the lan drivers from the MSI website to try and reinstall it but still nothing. I also noticed in other devices, base system device, PCI device, sm bus controller also have the little yellow triangle with exclamation mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
