Gambling winnings and taxes

I had a lucky streak and won the following amounts at different times at the slot machines at the casino last night. The consecutive amounts that were handpaid were: $18,000 $3700 (which i lost subsequently in the same night) $1480 (which i lost subsequently in the same night)

This is a casino in WA state, in the US, and I'm a resident here. I was given 3 corresponding W-2G forms. I stupidly didn't get my taxes withheld. I'm seeking answers on the following.

  1. How do I pay the taxes to the feds before filing next year for 2025? Can I do this through the casino after the fact?

  2. Can I confirm that 24% is the fed tax rate? Does WA state require taxes on these winnings too?

  3. How do I account for the losses? I have a player's card.......

Thank you so much in advance.
