What card is missing from the Tarot?

I was wondering if you personally could add a card to the Tarot, what would it be? What idea or concept do you think could be missing from the deck that would help make it feel more complete, in your opinion? I feel sometimes when I'm using the cards that they Hint at the answer but there is more that could be said. I do tend to round out my readings with oracle cards, but I was imagining what would a fuller tarot deck look like? Also would it be a major or minor arcana?
