Please please please, help me understand how to sell Ticketmaster tickets on StubHub

Background info:

Part 1: I live in the US and bought tickets to Sabrina Carpenter's Canada show in Montreal. I no longer can go, but ticketmaster doesn't let you sell tickets for Canadian shows unless you have a Canadian address & bank account.

Part 2: I set up a listing on StubHub, but I read that I need to be able to transfer the tickets when they are purchased. The listing is live but I don't have a buyer yet.

Part 3: My tickets on Ticketmaster don't have a transfer button, it is currently greyed out & says the venue is not permitting transfers. Everything I have read online says that the ticket transfer button will become available closer to the show date. But Ticketmaster will neither confirm nor deny when or if the transfer will ever become possible.

Have any of you run into this before?? Am I potentially screwing someone over by selling on StubHub & the transfer button will never be activated? Or is a transfer button always available close to the show date? Thanks for any help 🙏
