Advice on Viewer Count

Hello all, hope you're doing well! A friend of mine streams on TikTok and is struggling with viewer count. I don't know why, because he has incredible gameplay. If you are familiar with Fortnite, he was ranked top 10,000, I believe, before the ranks refreshed yesterday. To me, he appears to be very interactive with chat, and has text-to-speech available to all of his followers. I'm just not sure what more he can do. If anybody has advice, please let me know!
