Too many ships help

Hi I’ve just started playing because of the free trial that is out until 22nd and just loaded in did the little tutorial in a nice little ship but when I got to the space station it told me to go to in the tutorial I then accepted my first contract and went to fly off in my little ship but when I went to the ship terminal I have so many ships and it’s all very confusing and overwhelming as I can’t find the little ship I started in and all the ships I have access too are very big and overwhelming any help would be appreciated.
