Starbucks covid policy?

Hey yall, I tested positive for Covid a few days ago and my boss is saying I need to upload a doctors note and test result with my name on it in order to use my sick time. I didn’t go to the doctor because I had tests at home and I also don’t have a car. Don’t really feel like dragging myself out sick on public transportation to get a note so I can get paid. Is this an actual policy??
