How do I convince botany to grow Omnizine

My current method is to give them a jug of Unstable Mutagen, Diethalyne, phalanx syringes from the radiation first aid kits, and asking the politely. I'm open to hearing suggestions because I want to stop applying a 100+ ointments for every plasma-fire victim (or other causes of severe damage).
