Which country would you migrate to?

I know this question might have been asked in this sub several times apologies in advance for that.

With the current global situation almost all the 1st world countries are going through a recession.

Let's say you guys get the opportunity to go abroad for either studies or migrate which country would be the fixed option or first preference.
